Langdon Primary School admits children aged 4 to 11 years old. Children are usually admitted to school during September in the school year in which they are 5, in line with our School’s Admission Policy. If you wish to meet the Head Teacher and have a visit to the school then contact our school office who will arrange for you to visit at a mutually convenient time.
A place at Langdon for children due to start primary school in September 2024 can be discussed with the school who will be able to advise on whether places are currently available and if so, how to complete the application for your child.
Applications for children due to start primary school in September 2025 open in November 2024 and finish in January 2025 on www.kent.gov.uk/ola. Late applications can be supported by the Admissions Department, Kent County Council – email them at: primaryadmissions@kent.gov.uk. If you have questions about this process or need help with your application, please contact the school, we would be delighted to help.
Our school opens at 8.45am and finishes at 3.15pm.
We have Breakfast Club provision available Monday to Friday from 8.00am.
After school on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, we have Stay and Play until 4.15pm and After School Care Club until 5.30pm.
There is no after school wrap-around provision on Monday and Friday.
